Lead Technician responsibilities include, but will not be limited to. Initial inspection and diagnosis of source and cause. Establishing proper engineering controls in conjunction with formulation of mitigation plan. Daily monitoring of the site activities, maintaining a work schedule appropriate for the project, properly explaining the mitigation process to our clients, and communicating needed work at each loss site to insurance adjusters, project managers, and the technicians you manage. The LT is also responsible for properly documenting all work done based on IICRC standards. Treating customers and their homes respectfully, training new/temporary employees and handling any conflict resolution while on-site. Maintain professional at all times of job and crew management. Ongoing training is part of our culture in an effort to practice constant improvement
